P.C.T. hikers near Pinchot Pass, Kings Canyon National Park, California (#PC0010)
In the backcountry of Kings Canyon National Park, I met two free spirits from L.A. named Steve and Dino who kept me entertained over the next fifty miles of trail. Their company was appreciated for the P.C.T. is often a more solitary hiking experience than is the Appalachian Trail with its lively and entertaining community of thru-hikers.
